We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. However, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including free gifts, underwear, bras, and final sale items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and protective packaging intact. To avoid any marks that may affect the return process, we kindly ask that you do not try on items while wearing makeup, perfume, or cosmetics. For the first fitting, we recommend wearing underwear. Any item showing signs of wear, stains, or damage may be refused.
To request a return or exchange, please send us an email at infos@paelora.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once you’ve dropped off your package at the post office, don’t forget to share the return tracking number with us so we can monitor the shipment.
Returns are not free. We can provide you with a prepaid return label, but a processing fee of $8 USD will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we accept only one return or exchange request per order, so make sure to review all items before submitting your request.
Items returned without prior contact and approval from our customer service team will not be accepted.
